My review is a few months late, and I apologize to Alex and his crew for that because they are fantastic. My previous pool equipment was on its last leg, and after Alex came out to look at the system, provided a quote the same afternoon. Their quote blew the competition out of the water - full system upgrade (pump, filter, heater, and pool light). He explained the entire system and the Pentair Screen Logic app. I recommend Northeast FL Pools for your pool needs, and I thank them immensely!

I found North East Florida and Pool Repair Service on google. They were highly recommended on google. I called them and am very happy I was able to find them. William and Alex who I spoke with were very helpful, professional and great. They asked me to send photos of our pool equipment and based on the photos, were able to give us a quote on the pump replacement. Nick, their technician came out the next day and replaced our pool pump. Nick worked diligently, was efficient, professional and impressive. We would definitely use them again if we need to. Highly recommend them.Just fyi, the first pool company we contacted made an appointment with us, did not want to give a window/time and never showed up, never called.

Our regular pool guy has been Marcus for months now and he is the best! He goes above and beyond, not only to do the cleaning needed, but to educate us on how to get the most out of our pool and his service. Plus, our dogs adore him!

North East Florida Pool Service is very professional and I would recommend their pool services to anyone in the area with a pool.

We have had NE FL Pool Services coming to our home weekly since June 2019 I believe. They helped us with a new pool pump in April 2022 that had a malfunction/stopped working in July 2023. Alex at NE FL who had helped us with purchasing the pump jumped in to action for a warranty swap with the manufacturer. A month later Alex is still getting the run around from the manufacturer, he decides the NE FL Pool will pay for a new pump themselves to get us back up and running, while he continues to deal with the warranty issue on the broken pump. Zach the technician comes right out for the pump swap, and the water is rocking and rolling once again. Our 5 year old came home from school and we made the biggest splash to celebrate his first week of Kindergarten. Thanks so much to Alex for all his hard work. And Zach for his speedy install.

My pool was starting to look like a swamp and Tim brought it back to life. He is awesome and takes his time to explain everything he’s doing. Tim is the best!!

Their service and team was incredible. We had a slow pool leak that no company could find. We called North East Pool and they found it within 10 minutes. They fixed the problem within a few days, (scheduling) and now our pool is never low. Nice guys and very thorough.

Salt generator needed to be replaced so I contacted 5 companies for estimates. Three companies responded: $3800, $2500 (plus salt) and North East came in at just under $2000. Alex worked my estimate up and answered all my questions. Zac showed up the next day and had the new install done in about an hour, then took the time to demonstrate how to operate the generator. These people were friendly, responsive, professional and fast. I highly recommend them.

So I got 3 quotes for a pump motor and pump since we’re having a pool party soon. Alex happened to call me back and I have him a shot for the 4th quote. Not only we’re they more affordable he took the time to explain things my own pool company should be doing and mentioned in the quote. Next day they were out here and my man Zach- did an amazing job replacing and upgrading my motor and pump. He also noticed that the chemicals are not right which my current pool company should be handling. And why we get stains on mar-cite. And also mentioned a few other things that should have been done for the $$ we pay. So needless to say I’m getting a new pool company and also will use them for any other repairs we need. Alex went over and above when I called him to acid wash my pool. My pool is clean and bright again thanks to Alex and Zach. And thanks to Alex bringing in Simon we have new deck jets in our pool that we love. Thank you Alex, Simon, and Zach we are looking forward to a great summer.

Alex came out today and did an excellent job troubleshooting our pool system to get it running at its best. I’ve been calling other pool services for weeks trying to have somebody come help and within two days of calling Northeast Florida pools I had Alex at my door there to help.

Alex came out to look at our pool pump issue's, which were several. I had an estimate that afternoon. Today, Zach arrived to install all my new equipment, he is such a very nice guy. We had a difficult time getting someone to come out and replace our pool pump and timer. After reaching out to at least 3 other companies to no avail, we contacted NEFlorida Pool Service. Alex came out and replaced the pool pump and timer in a timely and professional manner. We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Our pool was acting up, Alex Miller came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. He found us a new pump as quickly as possible and replaced it himself as soon as it came in. He's very professional and communicated with us well throughout the process. I'd recommend North East Florida Pool Service to anyone.

We bought an older home and needed a new pump and filtration system. We first dealt with Alex who helped us understand everything about what was needed. He gave us multiple quotes to help us stay within our budget (much appreciated).Then Simon came out today and installed it all (HE WAS AWESOME)! He found that whoever had installed our previous plumbing, did it’s “unprofessionally.” He went above and beyond and redid the plumbing from what was there before as it had a lot of sharp turns which limited the water flow for filtration. He also reversed the order of the filter and pump to make it closer to the return (no idea why it was done wrong originally, but he fixed someone else’s error). He took his time in explaining everything (I had a ton of questions) and remained professional and friendly the entire time. We decided to hire the company for our regular pool servicer as well. Highly recommend the company and just wanted to give a shout out to Simon. Customer service isn’t what it used be a lot of the time, but he was truly awesome and deserved positive recognition.

Our pool was turning into a pond that only frogs could enjoy. We called Alex at North East Florida pool service and he promptly came out to the house and confirmed that our DE filter was broken. He recommended switching to a cartridge filter because it was easier to maintain (no backwashing - yay!), and that it would take up less space. A few days later, our new filter was installed and the pool was on the road to recovery. Sorry frogs.

Alex was able to do my repair on a Saturday and even save me a few bucks!! He also reset my timer for me. Thanks Alex I appreciate it🤩

This is a top rate local company that will work diligently to keep your pool clean and serviced weekly. Any issues are taken care of quickly, just leave a message and they will call you back and try to make things right. Note - they will not "top off" your pool water or ever add water to your pool so if you are gone for long periods you will have to have someone else do that. Other than that, they are a very good pool service company that does quality weekly service.

We have a weekly cleaning done and chemical balance which is always great. Today we had our first service done by their technician Alex. Not only did he come prepared for the issue but fixed it promptly. We have been very happy with the services both cleaning and repair.
